14+ years as Governing Board Manager/Principal of a Free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center

  • Developed private offering and operational documents, contracted management company, and facilitated non-recourse financing for start-up of surgical ambulatory care facility. Served as Governing Board Manager negotiating the sale of a majority equity position to a joint venture entity comprised of a health system and publicly traded ambulatory surgery center partner.

8+ years as Governing Board Manager/Principal of Medical Real Estate, LLC

  • Formulated holding company for purchase and renovation of medical office building. Oversight responsibilities for fiscal operations, contracting, and management company services.

8+ years as Director of Sports Medicine for a Division 1 University
